While programs are based on our communication modules, RHA has the unique ability and flexibility to customize each program. We will incorporate your key corporate messages, selected business materials or ‘issue-related’ role-play opportunities into our training exercises and scenarios. And, we will listen and respond to the individual requirements of each Participant.

Prior to the commencement of each program, Participants are required to complete RHA’s Pre-Program Questionnaire which provides them an opportunity to candidly identify their individual communication history, strengths, weaknesses and program goals. In addition, at the first session they will deliver on videotape, a short pre-rehearsed business presentation. This enables Rex to assess each Participant’s current communication skills and ensure the program addresses their individual needs.

Through exercises and experimentation with their individual material, Participants form a structure by which to produce more organized deliveries with concise client-centric messages. They learn to stretch their individual comfort zones, while testing different communication tools and approaches. And, they develop a stronger intellectual and practical understanding of communication principles and techniques, to become more confident and compelling Communicators.
